HOW TO WORKS

To create a sharp, defined look, glide 1440 Eyeliner along the lash line and waterline.
For a more diffused, smokey eye, use a small brush to soften the line and diffuse the color along the eyelid.
Once the formula sets (30 seconds) it is waterproof, transfer-proof, budge-proof and smudge-proof.
